We have received lots of questions about iDisk settings. Most of the problems are caused by setting username to email causing DocScanner to give error: “402 Payment Required”. So please set up iDisk username as follows:
If your email is john.smith@me.com your user name is john.smith





I followed the suggestion you had for setting up the iDisk to avoid the 402 Error Message but your suggestion did not work. I still receive the same message that says “Payment Required.” Is there another way of fixing the iDisk connection?
