Some reports have been issued concerning the image quality with various Android mobile phones.
The problem is that we cannot test each Android mobile phone model. There are some native camera applications that doesn’t follow android platform standards.
If the image resolution is always obviously lower compared to the images taken with the camera app or you get no image at all, you’re probably experiencing this issue.
The current solution is to use the phones camera app to take the pictures and scan them later from the DocScanner’s gallery.
We’re working on getting a better solution to fix the problem, but for now we can only advise to pass the issue as mentioned.
