Here’s a short video tutorial on the subject. With DocScanner 6 iOS, you can import wirelessly from a network attached flatbed scanner into your iPhone/iPad. Clicking the “Import” button on the bottom right corner on the document organizer view will get you started. The feature is an In-App Purchase (IAP).

Version 6 is godawful . We don’t want the ability to import from a flatbed scanner, we want the ability to make the documents we scan look the way we want like in v5. For god sake listen, you’re hemoraging customers

I can understand new versions having teething problems. What I find mystifying is the sheer scale on which this app has deteriorated in pursuit, apparently, of bells and whistles. What I find really depressing, though, is that I see users have been making it abundantly clear for weeks that we want the old version back but the app developers are sticking their fingers in their ears singing “la la la, we’re not listening”. Look at the comments here and in the reviews! They are damning.
