zendesk Need to Talk to the DocScanner Team? Heres the Fastest Way to Do It.

Questions? Comments? Suggestions? We are always happy to receive and answer them. While there are a handful of ways to talk to us, the fastest one is the built-in support feature on each DocScanner App. All the messages sent through the support feature are directed to our Zendesk, where they will be answered as soon as possible. Currently, when a support ticket is created, it is usually answered within 1 hour. In addition to the In-App support feature, you can find our helpdesk at https://norfello.zendesk.com.

    Docscanner showes 2 screens and quits

      Thank you for your message Bill. A fixing version (6.0.5) has been sent to Apple today, and will appear on App Store very soon.

    Hi all,

    DocScanner load first page with that drawn picture, than load black screen vith Options button on the top aned two buttons down, and nothing happend…. iOS 5.1.1
