Instructions to backup documents

The DocScanner is designed to scan and send application and we recommend to store documents into the application only for temporary. For this reason the application does not have the actual backup feature.

However, there are four ways to perform backup:

  1. Moving all documents one by one to the cloud storage system.(watch a introduction to set cloud storage system property)
    1. Tap the document.
    2. Tap the send- button at toolbar.
    3. Select document file format.
    4. Tap your account to send document.
  2. Load document as mail attachment.
    1. Tap the document to open it.
    2. Tap the send- button at toolbar.
    3. Select document file format.
    4. Tap your Email to compose email.
    5. Finally tap the Send- button to send email.
  3. Documents as a jpg- format can be loaded by iPhone datacable and second or third party application.(Example osx iPhoto)
    1. Open iPhoto
    2. Choose your device from the list.
    3. Choose your pictures.
    4. Click Import Selected- button.
  4. Set DocScanner as a server.
    1. Make sure that your computer wlan is on.
    2. Tap the Share.
    3. Open your computer internet browser with the address.
    4. Add username and password.
