Instructions to use the synchronization rule

The created documents can be defined with the synchronization rule. With that property the document group can be quickly updated to the cloud storage system.

  1. Add new rule
    1. Open Settings from the More…-tab.
    2. Tap Add Synchronization Rule to add new rule.
      1. Rule name; Identify the rule in the DocScanner.
      2. Upload target; The cloud storage system where to synchronize (link: Instructions to set cloud storage system property ).
      3. Tags; Choose tag from the list or create new one.
      4. Synchronize documents created after; Set if necessary.
    3. Tap Save -button.
  2. Add tag to the document.
    1. Open document from the Documents -tab.
    2. Tap the Edit button.
    3. Add a tag; Add the same tag as the rule have.
  3. Usage(Works if synchronized document has changed)
    1. Open Settings from the More…-tab.
    2. Tap your rule name.
    3. Tap Synchronize now.
