Setting up iDisk
1. Go to the Settings
2. Choose “Add iDisk account“
3. Set the iDisk’s directory (optional), username, password and description
(Any name you want for the WebDAV)
4. Test the connection by pressing the “Test connection” –button
Example:
If your iDisk username is john1980 and password is password try this:
directory: leave this field empty (DocScanner™ will use the root directory)
username: john1980
password: password
description: iDisk
When “Test connection” button says “Connection was successful”, next try to send one page document with wi-fi connection.
Sometimes long multipage documents just can’t be sent with a slow connection.

Drag corners to move them? This doesn’t seem to work whatsoever… thus rendering the app useless. Am I missing something here?
Hi,
You are unable to move corners by putting your finger to corner and moving it? It should work and we have had no reports that it doesn’t before. What iPhone OS and model are you using?
Connection to Idisk works by leaving the directory field blank. When uploading, the following message apears : 409 conflict : parent must be accessible collection.
Can someone help me with this?
Thanks,
Luc
Hi,
You need to add trailing slash to path like this: Documents/
I’m using DocScanner 2.0 on iphone 3GS (3.1.2). I left the idisk directory field blank + my mobileme id/password and the test button was success. But when I try to save a scanned image to idisk, the docscanner application just exits without error message. I tried changing idisk directory from blank to “Documents/” or just “/”, but same result. Any ideas?
Sorry, I take that back. I realized that scans were being saved and this was normal behavior. Sorry.…(I didn’t think the application would auto-exit after uploading to idisk). You product rocks!!!
Hi, I can get the files saved to the idisk root directory but i want them in a ‘receipts’ directory. no path i enter seems to work. What is the path for idisk, even if just to ‘documents’ please
Currently it is so that you need to have the folder in place. If you first create the folder and then insert the path it will work. We will make this more convenient soon.
When I try to test the connection for iDisk I get an error message ‘Failed 402 Payment Required’
Can you provide any suggestions?
I also have the same problem. I have a valid mobile me account but get the message 402 payment required. I stuck. Please help!
We are trying to set up our iDisk with Docscanner and we keep getting this error message: 402 Account Error: Nonexistent. The account definitely exists and we checked and double checked the credentials. What could the problem be?
i have the same problem it doesnt move the field so it choses what to scan not what i need
