There was a bug in SayText that made the app unusable with iOS5.
We have now fixed the bug and submitted the new version to Apple. It should hit the App Store in few days. Thanks to everyone who reported this issue.
UPDATE: Nov 7th SayText 1.3 is now available in the App Store
